Come on [#username]! See if you can test out our writing skills on this one! Just post a reply.

Challenge Fifteen: Entertainment Value . . . .
There is Very Little Amusement
There was very little that did entertain Aro. Being around for three thousand years made everything less thrilling. Aro had at one time read books, but they all seemed to be the same. And written by pathetic humans served to be no use. It was amusing at one time when humans believed in vampires the ideas they would come up with. Some of it was ridiculous and some of it the Volturi had come up with. When they had created St. Marcus Day when Marcus had supposedly rid Volterra of all of the vampires they were told what could hurt or even kill a vampire. It was all nonsense, but it was amusing to watch the humans. They began to add their own little twist to the story making everything much to crazy to be even consider real. It began to fade as the humans began to no longer believe in the vampires thinking they were only myths.
Aro would always keep a close watch on anything that may deal with vampires from the humans. Any that were to suspicious had to be stopped. Stories became books, books became a movies. A concept Aro had not really given much thought to. It was even more ridiculous than the books. Humans found so many things amusing it would take much to amuse Aro. They were only human and could not be expected to know much. They were weak and there to sustain them. Their only purpose. Aside from the few that may be changed.
Of course humans didn't only write about vampires there were others like werewolves. True werewolves, Children of the Moon, which Caius had hunted to near extinction. Even with werewolves there was many ridiculous ideas. All human ideas. That's why Aro did not really pay much attention to books or movies or anything to deal with humans. They began to blur becoming about the same thing over and over. The same story over the centuries it did not change much. The environment and how people behaved was different, much different, but the stories they had were all the same. Pointless to waste such time. Time that could be used to plan on gaining power. That is what brought Aro the most happiness gaining more power. He craved it more than anything.
Music was something that was alright if there was anything the humans did that he might like a little. It had changed and quickly. Each decade there seemed to be something new. Musical instruments to voices. Some not as good as others. But still if it was by humans it would never be good. Vampires could play instruments far superior to humans and their voices far more tuned. But Aro may on occasion listen to music. He may ignore it after all he has far more important things to attend to than actually trying to find something to entertain him. He is always focused on his power the most important thing to him.
