Aro was quiet interested in the Cullen’s. He wanted their talents and he would gain them. It simply a matter of time. Aro was a very patient person he could wait for just the right moment to gain the talents he craved. Just one of the talents would be most wonderful! Young Edward or Alice would be so very helpful if they were to join. Aro in a way envied Edward with his talent. To not need any touch at all to be able to hear a distance the was so convenient. Aro would love to be able to hear a distances being able to read Edward’s thoughts he could know everything not just about young Edward but those he was around and that was most wonderful! Aro could just imagine all the possibilities such could bring to the Volturi. There was so much that talent along could so much usefulness it could have. Edward would be very useful but his ties to his family and the human were very strong. It would be quiet difficult to gain him with his family in the way. Aro respected Carlilse, of course, after all he was with them for decade and he was wonderful company! So many interesting conversations they had. But if he was in the way of gaining a talent he wanted then something would have to done about such.
And this did not only apply for young Edward while his talent would be of great use there was talent he wanted more than any other. Alice. Her talent would be of great use Aro could imagine just how useful she would. How much of an advantage she would be. Aro had never thought of a vampire being to see the future such a thought was very exciting! To know everything that would happen before hand. He knew her talent had restrictions as with each decision made the entire future was changed. Aro had the wonderful chance to read her thoughts. He knew that Bella would be changed, but that was not want interested him. What interested him was young Alice. Her talent alone could add so much to the Volturi. It would make them very powerful, indeed, they could know everything. Just the possibilities were wonderful! Endless amount of possibilities young Alice would bring if she was to join them. She would join them if not know then soon enough. There was never a talent Aro did not get that he wanted. And he wanted Alice, very much so. Her talent was so very unique something he had never thought of ever having. Her talent would add so much to the Volturi. Aro could be patient but by the same token he could be very impatient. When it came to gaining a talent he truly wanted he would do nearly anything to gain it. And he would do anything at all to gain Alice. Regardless if he had destroy the Cullen’s or not he would do so if it meant he would have Alice within his guard.
Aro was usually not very fond of humans, but young Bella was also of great interest to Aro. Never before had his talent been completely useless. He could always, always read the thoughts of those he touched. But Isabella? No, not a single thought nothing at all. It was very unusual and Aro had been most displeased. And still was very much he did not like not being able to read one’s thoughts. It was so very natural to be able to read every thought ever little detail within one’s mind. To have one that he could not read did not please him the slightest. He had been slightly hopeful Jane’s talent would have worked but to find out such did not surprised even Aro! Even with his displeasure at not being able to read Bella’s thoughts he great quiet an interest in what kind of a vampire young Bella would be. With Alice’s vision he was able to see that Bella would have a talent but rather she would have a talent or not Aro could not say. Alice had not seen such as of yet at least. Perhaps she could know for certain which only made Aro want Alice even more. But he did not have none of them and would not for a little while. Aro could be patient if he so chose to be and he would. He would wait for just the right opportunity to gain such a talents. For he would have them it was simply a matter of time.
So very convenient for Aro that their was a bit of a problem within Seattle which was very close to the Cullen’s. Aro knew it as not the Cullen’s at fault and with the increase awareness of the humans Aro could not allow such to go on for much longer. There was simply to much at risk to allow the newborns to exist. It was obviously a newborn perhaps more. If it was not a newborn then it was a vampire who was just asking to be destroyed. Either way they would be destroyed very quickly with no second chances. There was no reason to give any vampire another chance. They should know of the rules know enough to not reveal their existence. If they did not then they had no one to blame other than their creator who was very foolish, indeed. But with one newborn it caused problems but if there proved to be more than one this could present a problem. Aro had more than enough dealings with newborns the Wars in the South was certainly something that had caused great problems. It had never occurred in the North before but being so close to the Cullen’s Aro wonder how close they would get. If they would become a danger for them as well. However, Aro knew the newborns would not simply go away and they would have to act quickly if they wanted to keep their existence a secret. Aro would send a few guard to take care of such perhaps check up on the Cullen’s. See if young Bella had been changed or not. He knew not to much time had passed since they had last visited him but he would still want to know if Bella had been changed or not.
Aro was currently within the main chamber there were a few guards around as always. For they simply could not leave their master not that anyone would ever dream of harming Aro such would not be tolerated. That would mean being destroyed and no one really wanted that. Some perhaps and Aro would be eager to give that to them if they did not have a talent that would be of use. Aro would always want to know if a vampire had a talent or not. He was always adding to his guard, his most powerful collection. Aro simply loved to gain more talents nothing would please him more. Aro had ordered one of the guards to summon Jane to the main chambers he had a few things he wanted to speak of with his dear one. Jane was the most powerful talent he had along with her brother, Alec. They were twins one could not speak of one with out the other. Aro would only be sending a few guard three or four no more than that. It would not take much to destroy the newborns and to check on the Cullen’s. He had in mind a few guard members he would send. Jane would lead the small group she would do anything Aro would request all that needed to be done was Aro to order and it would be done. As with all the guards. Aro looked toward the double doors where young Jane would approach very soon. There was much they needed to discuss. Destroying the newborns and the Cullen’s. The talent he craved so very much he would have and very soon.

Post by Jane Volturi on May 15, 2010 23:09:10 GMT -5
Jane walked the halls of the Volturi castle. She wasn’t doing this for any real reason. She just felt like doing something other then sitting in her room – which she had been doing quite a lot. It had been a while since she had last been in these parts of the castle and it was nice to refresh her brain with what was here. The castle was big with many different halls and rooms. Most of the rooms hardly ever got used so it was understandable to not have been there for awhile. Jane was normally either waiting in her room or out doing something for the leaders or just doing what most guards did. Guard. Then there was always the times she spent hunting or with Alec. All vampires had to hunt otherwise they had that annoying burning feeling in their throat that would not go away without the taste of blood. Both carnivore and vegetarian vampires needed blood to soothe the feeling. Carnivores would feed on human blood while vegetarians feed on animal blood. Jane never understood these vampires – the vegetarian vampires that was. They just went against their own nature to feed on animals it didn’t make sense.
Animal blood had to taste disgusting compared to human blood. Human blood always satisfied the thirst when you got enough. But most animals were not as big as humans there for not having as much blood. This would mean you’d need to hunt twice or just go half full. Why do this when you could just hunt the once and be full? That was what confused Jane with the whole thing. They went to the trouble of stopping there selves from drinking human blood just to drink animal blood which wasn’t as good as human blood. It was stupid in Jane’s mind. But of course it wasn’t her problem that the other vampires wanted to do such thing. It was their choice not hers. All that she knew was that she was not going to do this nor would she truly understand why someone would give up human blood for anima blood. Other would probably understand it but Jane was not one of them. Maybe the only ones that understood were those who only drank animal blood. But then again some of the wiser vampires might have understood. People like Aro, Marcus and Caius. As they had been around longer then the others and there for most likely knowing more.
Jane had given up on looking for her twin brother Alec. She didn’t really need to see him though so it didn’t bother her all that much. Though it would have been nice to have someone to talk to and have some company. Yet it always seemed when she went looking for him she was never able to find him. This got rather annoying at times especially when she had free time to do nearly what ever she wanted. They hardly ever saw each other now being in the Volturi – they were still very close. Just like they had always been they just didn’t see each other as much as she would have liked to which of course was understandable. Jane did love being apart of the Volturi though so she couldn’t really complain. They wouldn’t have been alive (well as alive as a vampire could be) now if it weren’t for the Volturi stepping in when they were “burnt at the stick”. They would be very well dead if they hadn’t been turned. This was something Jane was grateful for. She had a whole new life here and she had Aro and the others to thank for this. She was even more grateful that Alec was turned along with her.
Jane would not have been able to get through it all without him by her side. It was good to have him with her as he knew exactly what she was going through which made it easy to talk with him about it. Yes there were the other Volturi members that had been through it but it just wasn’t the same. They hadn’t been through it they way they had. They weren’t tied to a stake and surround by fire and watching villagers. They hadn’t been accused of being witches. Alec and Jane had. And both of them going through the same thing together made the whole thing a lot easier. The twins had been close as humans and now as vampires they were even closer because of this. When they were first turned the two stuck together, their hands locked together. Now it wasn’t like that they both had different things to do. Which meant they couldn’t stay together with their hands locked. It hurt being apart from each other but they always stayed strong and kept there selves busy to forget each other for the time they were apart. Alec always wore one of Janes ring when they were apart it made them both feel better knowing they were still with one another.
Her heels clicked again as she realized she had stopped for a few moments. She had turned around now and was heading towards her room. That was until another scent mixed with the smell of the castle. As the guard member came closer she moved to one side to let them past. Since the halls were quite narrow at parts. But to her surprise the guard member stopped before her. Jane smiled softly as she greeted him and listened as he told her that Aro had summoned her. With a small nod of her head she followed him towards the main chamber where he was normally found. She wasn’t sure what he had wanted though she was sure she would soon find out. Jane would never not listen to Aro nor not do as he asked. She looked up to Aro after what had happened that night in the village she saw him as a father figure though she never told Alec or him that. Once the doors were in sight she didn’t need to open them which was different she was usually the one to do this but it didn’t bother her. "Master, you wanted me?" Jane said moving into the chamber.
