---Carlisle said they could stay. Carlisle said since they shared their life style, that the Cullens would open their doors to the two new vampires in their lives.
---Rosalie, wasn't so sure. She liked the short one. Mostly. She wasn't sure of the mate. The male looked battle scared and stared more then spoke, causing Rosalie to wonder if she was able to trust him.
---Rosalie, decided to try (For Carlisle) or welcome the new vampires, starting with the girl, who seemed the most friendly (If not hyper and bubbly and happy). "Alice," Rosalie asked, "I was thinking of going hunting, and exploring since we just moved the the area. Would you like to join me?" She wondered if the little pixie would come.

After two years of slow traveling, they had finally made it to Forks, Washington and had found the Cullens. Though the first welcome was a little awkward, when Jasper and Alice met Carlisle, who was like the leaded of the coven, everything and everyone seemed to ease a little more. Alice was ecstatic about starting this new life. A one in a family.
She and Jasper had parted, a little reluctantly, for the first time since they had met, so that they could get to know their new 'family'. Alice was currently with Rosalie.
" A stroll sounds lovely." Alice did not want to hunt on the first time she was alone with Rosalie. She wanted to get to know her new 'sister' better.

---Rosalie gave a beautiful smile to Alice and then took toward the door. "Shall we go alone? In order to get to know each other better?" She asked, trying not to often the pixie's love for her mate. Rosalie didn't feel comfortable around the silent vampire yet. She looked back at Alice, after looking at door to make sure the mate wasn't around to tag along. Jasper was really scary at times.
---She was dressed in shoes that while looked like hiking shoes, were cleaner, and styled better then anyone would want to wear. Jean in the new style, and a blouse of silk. She looked like someone who didn't go hiking or in the woods often, but Rosalie went often to both hunt and spend time with Emmett.

Alice returned Rosslie's gracious smile, she could see that their relationship was starting off on a good note. But her smile started to fade. She looked back at Jasper, she did not know if she was strong enough to leave him for the first time in two year. She knew he could benifit from getting to know Emmett and Carlisle, which left her in a tough position. She did not know how things would change the moment she left his company, she had always been with him since they met. She had been alone and much less happy before they met. Alice knew she could do it, knew she had to, they could no longer always be together at all times now that they were in a family. She had to start getting used to this.
Alice looked back at Rosalie, a small grin forming on her lips, she could do this. "Sure, let's go." She replied.

---Rosalie keep her smile on for Alice but wondered why the little minx had looked to her scary mate. Did she want him to come? Rosalie hoped not. "Should we invite him?" She asked of Alice's scary mate, "I was hoping we could have some girl time, however I am sure three could be fun too." Three was a crowd, and Rosalie wanted to spend as little time with the battle scared scary mate who only seem to glare or at lest stare in a creepy way at them.

"Oh, it is fine." Alice replied. "I have to get used to this." She muttered in a barely audible tone, to herself. For some reason, Alice felt as if Rosalie did not trust, nor like Jasper, much. It was to be expected, though, his scars did make a statement. Alice had never been scared of Jazz, nor his scars. His scars were always nothing more than a small detail, and she had now grown to love them. They made him who he was. Sadly, other people, such as Rosalie, judged Jasper by his appearence. She spoke up to Rosalie again. "It's fine, I want to get to know you better." She smiled fullheartedly. "Girl time, sounds fun!" Alice had never had a 'gal pal' and she was really exsited to get to know Rose.

---Rosalie wondered what Alice meant when she said she had to get used to this, but wasn't going to comment on it until they were away from the house, and out of ear shot. "Shall we leave then?" She asked, then turned to leave the way. Rosalie went out the back door, and headed for the woods that were a couple dozen feet away.
---She was silent for a moment. "I hope I did not offend you, by asking we go alone." Not that Rosalie was worried about offending anyone. She didn't want to offend the girl who, if things worked out, would be her new sister, but she wasn't going to change who she was if she had offend her. "It's just your . . . .husband,---" Looked very very scary.

"Let's," She agreed, following Rosalie out swiftly through the house andout the back door. Not only was the house remarkable, but so was the backyard -- if it could be considered a yard. It was beautiful, a large lake surrounded by lush, green grass and countless trees. It would be even better if the sky was blue instead of a dull gray. Alice walked along side Rosalie as she spoke. "Oh, no. It is perfectly alright." She reassured her. "Besides, I think that Jasper would have some fun getting to know Emmett." She hoped. "Do not worry. I'm sorry if I gave you the wrong impression, I am just no used to not being with him at all times." Alice admitted, looking strait ahead.
"He scares you." Alice finished Rosalie's sentence, looking over at her afterwards. She knew he did, there no doubt about it. The way Rose looked at him was a dead give away, but also, Jasper had been expecting this.

---Rosalie wanted to blurt out a 'No!' and then brush it off but she knew that everyone knew how she felt about the new comers. It had been a 'odd' meeting. Jasper just showing up as he did. Rosalie going on the defense, and then Alice waltzing up with smiles and comfort. "I looks like he would not fit into our life style." She amended. He looked scary. "Where did he get so many scars?" Only one thing left scars on vampires: Other Vampires. He was fighter. He was trouble. He was scary.
---"You two look complete opposites." And Rosalie was all about looks. She loved Alice's little since of style. She made a mental note to drag her shopping one day, and get help picking out some outfits. That would be fun. . . . If the mate stayed with Emmett.
---Unlike Alice who was worried about Jasper, Rosalie wasn't worried about Emmett. Emmett was so strong, who could hurt him? Surly not some scared vampire. "You do not leave him much, I gather?"

Alice sighed, looking strait ahead again. "We are both still having trouble with this diet -- Jasper more than I -- but we are determined. No matter how long it takes." She clearafied. "See... It was not easy for Jasper to hunt humans. The agony of feeling his victims' last emotions, which were usually pain and suffering, was unbearable for him. He would try not to hunt, but sometimes..." She persed her lips. It was sad, all the things her husband had to go through. "I, on the other hand, just hunted humans as I pleased. I almost got caught once or twice. But eventually, I got to where I wanted to be and held back as much as I could for 28 years. But, though my enormous hunting sprees, Jasper has had more time to get used to the blood. It will be a little bit harder for him to fully get used to it... I still do not really like the taste to animal blood, I still prefer human."
Alice looked over at Rosalie. "You should ask him. I do not believe I can discribe the story as well as he does." It was a terrible story, but Alice felt it was not up to her to explain, if Rosalie wanted to know, she should ask Jazz. Alice gave a giggle. "But we truely are not that different, though he looks more milatary, and I, more wild..." She gestured at the stollen clothes she had taken from a human's home. It was not even a dress she liked, but it was the first hong she could get that was her size. "He has the sweetest of souls... He's too good to me." She said, missing him already. "But, I could say the same statement for you and Emmett. He looks frieghtening, but I do not judge on looks."
Alice shook her head lightly. "This is the first time I have left him."

---Rosalie had trouble seeing the tall scary 'Jasper' as too sweet on anyone. Then again, the few times he looked at Alice, there had been something in his face. "It's hard to see his as sweet with all the scars." She admitted, then smiled. "Emmett and I are different. I guess I should not judge you." She gave a light laugh. "He is big, strong and loves to laugh."
---"It's one reason I love him so. He makes me laugh. I hated being. . . .what we are. Hated it so much but Emmett makes it easy. Makes me almost enjoy it at times." She wondered about Alice and her past. She knew so little about them. They had not spoken much of their past before each other.
---"I have never tasted human blood." Rosalie admitted."So this life is all I know." She looked around for a moment before asking, "How long have you been a vampire, Alice?"

Alice knew Rosalie was going to have a hard time accepting Jasper, she could barely look past all his scars, how could she get to know the real him? "The scars were never an issue for me, I barely even notice he had them when I first met him." Alice admitted. "I still barely notice them, I am very used to it." She could care less if he wascompletely covered from head to in this cresents, she loved him.
"It's a good thing you have him." Emmett sounded like a very fun and interesting guy, Alice was looking forward to get to know him, as well as Carlisle and Esme, and Edward, when he came back from where ever he was. Alice nodded when Rosalie stated that she had never tried human blood. Human blood was so different compared to animal blood. "30 years." She answer, sure of herself. "I was alone for 28 of them, then I met Jasper." She had waited for 28 years, and it was worth it.

---So Alice had been a vampire for ten years longer the Rosalie, but Rosalie had been with Emmett longer. That last part made her feel better. "Then I guess you would be my older s--Sister." Rosalie sort of liked how it sounded. Alice would have to play her younger sister to humans. "You have been a vampire about ten years longer then I have. Emmett is two years younger then I." She wondered if Alice knew all this.
---"You knew our names, when you came here. How much do you know about us?" Rosalie asked trying to see how much she would have to explain. Rosalie would love to tell almost her whole story to Alice. She loved to talk of her self, but was trying (Mainly for Carlisle) to make a good impression.

"I do not think that in any univers I could pass as your elder sister," Alice hoped that did not offense Rosalie, but it was true. She looked very young, almost as if she were still a young teenager. But she did not know, of course, her real age. Plus, Rosalie was probably a whole foot taller than Alice was. "But why does it really matter?" She asked sincerily. Alice did not know about the school and humans part, yet.
"Oh! Very little. Basically, just your names, appearences, and minor personalities, from the premonition I had. Nothing much more. Other than that I knew you were with Emmett, and Esme with Carlisle, and such." Alice knew very little but was looking forward to learning more. "Do any of you have 'gifts'?"

---So Alice knew almost nothing. She knew just little things. "Carlisle likes helping people. He works in the hospital in town. We interact with humans allot. Carlisle and Esme play a married couple. I play Carlisle's sister, and Edward and Emmett play Esme's brothers. The story changes sometimes with each town we are in."
---"So, if you join us, you will have to be younger then I in the story we tell humans." Rosalie loved the show. She lived for it. It was important to her, so Emmett played along. "It gets harder to explain who so many siblings live together, so we have started playing adopted children, and going to school." Which Rosalie loved! (SOMETIMES)
---She paused over Alice's last question. "Umm. Edward dose." But she wasn't sure if she should tell Alice, or let Edward tell Alice.

"Yes, I knew he was a human's doctor. It is absolutely amazing! How does he do it?" Carlisle was a very amazing man, even though Alice had barely gotten to know the man. "You go to school? With humans?" She repeated with a shocked expression. Though it was shocking, Alice was intreaged by the idea of school. She had no idea what that was like, she could not remember if she had ever gone to school. "It is so interesting, that you make such stories." Everything about this group of vampires was overwhelming.
"Really? What can he do?" Alice asked. The family knew what Alice and Jasper could do, Alice was very intreeged by what Edward could do. [/blockquote]

---Rosalie wasn't sure how much she should tell Alice, but if they were to be believed (and Carlisle believed them) then they would be family. "He can read minds." Edward had an annoying 'gift'. Rosalie hated it when he reacted to something she was thinking. It annoyed her to have him know everything!
---"How dose your gift work?" What of the mate. What was his story. Rosalie wanted to know more about him, so she would either feel comfortable or know to watch her back. She didn't trust anyone who looked like a battle field at been their bed room.

"A mind reader?! That is so facinating!" Is was amazing! Knowing what people were thinking. But Rosalie didn't sounds too... enthusiastic when she had spoken. This confused Alice. "You did not sound very pleased." Was Rosalie jelous for Edward? Or was it something else that Alice had yet to find out?
"The future has some elements that do not change, for example, the weather. But everything else is constantly changing," This was where explaining her ability got hard, because it got very confusing. "Every decision, no matter how small, sets a course in the future. If one decision changes, it alters everything." Alice paused, looking forward. "When I become accustom to seeing someone's future, the visions about them come easier. Take Jasper, for example; I am very accostumed to seeing him in the future -- I have yet to have a day were he is not in at least one vision. Though, others to whom I am not or less accustumed, as yourself... the visions do not come as easily." She looked over at Rose once again. "More pertinant visions will come to me, but if I wish, I can look... search the future on my own... I hope this makes sense, it is very confusing."

---Seeing the future, reading minds. Things from a fiction book, not real life. Then again, Rosalie was a vampire. Still, sometimes it was harder then others. "Edward is my brother, and I love him more then I can express but. . . " Yes, but. "I do not like him knowing what I am thinking all the time."
---Admitting even that was a step for Rosalie. She only expressed it now, so that everyone knew how she felt. "Your gift sounds very . . . " Confusing! "Detailed." Rosalie went with the politer word. "Did you see me asking you for this walk?" She asked, trying to see how the powers worked.

Alice gave some thought to what Rosalie was saying. "Oh. I see what you mean." Something you would want to keep to yourself, Edward would know. Alice could see how that could be an annoying think. "Poor Edward, though," She pointed out. "He must read things he wishes he would not have." It was very sad, htat he would live with that burdon.
"Yes, it is very confusing... well for others." It was not for her of course. "Um, no. I am not accustumed ot you very much, just yet, but if it were not the case; yes, I would have."

---Rosalie didn't very much feel bad about Edward's gift. She only saw it from her own point of view mostly, in which she was the victim and the was the brother who loved to read her mind and steal her thoughts.
---"What about your mate's?" Rosalie asked, knowing for a fact she would never get along with Jasper. How could see when all he did was stare and glare! "He has a gift too, dose he not." She thought someone had said he did. "How dose that work?" While she was at it, "How did you meet!" Rosalie did love a good love story! "Was is wonderful?!"

Giving a little nod, Alice proceeded with the explanation. "Jasper can feel, change and sense emotions." Those were the basics. "He can feel the emotions of anyone around him. If he wishes to, he can let a certain emotion consume him, which lets him feel that same emotion. He has frequently done those two in my presence, but he vowed he would never do the third to me; change my emotions. And have been nothing but curious to know how it feels." Perhaps someday it would happen.
"He told me that if he wished, he could impose any emotion he wanted upon someone, and it is too hard to fight against. I am really facinated by that; I have never seen him do it... besides when he did it too you when we met for he first time." But obviously, his actions had their reasons.
Alice gave Rosalie a wide grin as she asked about how she had met Jasper and if it was wonderful. "It was." It was for her, she had never felt so happy and so many other things. "In 1920, I found myself alone in a forest near Biloxi, Mississippi. I had no, as I still don't, idea what I was doing there, how I got there, and what had happened. I also could not recall anything; only my first name, nothing else." This not the most bitter part of her story, but it was still pretty sad for her. "Then, I had a premonition, and I was not scared for it felt completely normal. In it, I saw Jasper. I saw him in my future, but I didn't know when.
"It was 28 years later. I waited for him everyday at the same place. It was a tiny diner, in Philidelphia. When he walked in, he automatically noticed me, as I did. I had been waiting for him for so long..." Alice got lightly lost in the memory. "I told him "You've kept me waiting a long time." He didn't ask what I meant until later, he just bowed his head and said "Sorry ma'am."" A smile drew to Alice's face as she thought of that moment, it was one of her favorites. "I had never met anyone else before Jasper, I was always alone. I never felt happiness, or any type of caring emotions before... It's impossible to explain the feeling..." Alice looked at Rosalie, feeling she had said a lot. The story, was of course, not finished and she had not put all the details in it. She thought she would let Rosalie comment. Later on, Alice wanted to know about how Rose met Emmett.

---Rosalie was almost to distracted by one detail to comment on the love story. "You don't know who turned you?!" Rosalie found that shocking! Carlisle had turned her and explained everything to her. Out of all the Cullens, Rosalie had clung on to hard to her human thoughts she recalled them best. She had wanted the the most.
---Still Even with the shock on Alice's past, she had to admit, the love story was rather sweet. "It was romantic! Like Esme's and Carlisle's!" Rosalie wasn't the type to with hold information in order to not steal an others thunder. "They meet when she was a child, he was her doctor, and then years later he would make her his wife! It is a rather romantic story, with allot of heart break. . . . but which of stories is with out heart break?"

Shaking her head slowly from side to side, Alice could not understand why that was so shocking to Rosalie. "No, anyone I saw before Jasper..." She took a pause "Ended up being my meal. I never met my 'creator', I recall nothing if transforming, nor can I recall anything about be human and my human life. Someday, I hope to find out a little more about myself. Do so research... I guess I would have to find my last name, first." She muttered. "Perhaps I am better off not knowing."
She gave a smile. "Aww, that is such a sweet, romantic story! It is wondetful that they did find each other; they seem so perfect together." Esme and Carlisle were, without question, soulmates. They seemed pefect together, and very adorable. "So, tell me: how did you meet Emmett?" Alice returned the question. This should be an interessting story; they two were slightly oddly paired up together.

---"I can't believe you recall nothing of your human self." Rosalie repeated, still shocked, "What must you have thought when you felt the burning!" Rosalie recalled the three days of burning all to well. It was painful and the memory still felt as fresh as it did when she had just awoken from it. Real, but just a memory.
---"Yes, Carlisle and Esme's story is a happy ending. It's not all happy, but I like to think it was meant for them to be together."
---Oh, this was Rosalie's favorite part. Bragging about her Emmett. "Carlisle found me-" Rosalie edited the how out "-He knew I was dieing, and turned me." Rosalie still wish she had been given a choice. "I had been a monster for two years, when Edward and I were hunting. I went off away from him, not wanting him in my head. . . . " Rosalie's eyes drifted away, to stare out into space, as if she was lost in her past. "The scent of human blood caught me. I went crazy for it."
---"I have never teased human blood, and I almost did that day. I took one look at Emmett, and without knowing his name, knew he was for me. A bear was going to eat him. He was covered in blood and dieing. I barely got him to Carlisle, who was over a hundred miles away." Yes, Rosalie liked to brag, but in this, she knew she could. Not many vampires would have went haled from biting into a bloody human. She had done so. She had found her mate, there, in that moment. "Though, the bear didn't want to give him up easily, I had to fight for him. He was worth it." Plus more.

Alice gave a shrug -- was it a bad think she didn't know? "I like to think that I could be better off not knowing." Her past could have been terrible... or good, either way, the what she could rememberand would remember was all that seemed important to her. Alice looked down as Rosalie spoke of burning. "That memory..." She shook her head. "It was as if I just opened my eyes for the first time... but I was already pretty much full grown -- though I'm short." She explained what she experianced when she 'woke up'. "My first memory was seeing Jasper in my future." Alice looked up ahead of her as she spoke, a timide smile on her face.
Alice listened to Rosalie's story. "Oh my!" She exclaimed. "I do not know how you were able to resist the smell... but, as they say; nothing is stronger than the power of love." Her tale of bears, blood and love, was so exsiting and so sweet. "Emmett certainly looks intimidading -- which brought on Jasper's reaction... again, I am sorry about that; he is just protective -- but I'm sure he's not like that once you get to know him, am I right?" Alice was not one to pre-judge others, otherwise things would have ceratinly be different between her and Jazz.

---Rosalie thought over what Alice was saying. "Perhaps." Maybe that was what . . . 'Jasper: The Scary mate' had been doing. Alice was Jasper's Rosalie. Hmmmm. "Emmett is very protective of me." She said softly, with a smile. Maybe that was a side of Jasper too.
---Emmett loved a fight, and out doors and sports things. Rosalie didn't think that Alice's up tight looking mate would get along with Rosalie's fun loving Emmett. "Maybe the boys will get along. Edward and Jasper might become friends." Edward was slightly up tight as well. "Do you see them being friends?" She asked, as Alice could see things to come.

Very protective, in the sense she had put it, was very loose for discribing how much so Jasper was over Alice. He had yet to be over protective, but he was inching a little towards too protective. But it did not really bother Alice; she could relate to him. She wanted nothing to happen to him. She figured he was just a tad bit more so because others would see her as weak -- being 4'10" and seamingly fragile -- he did not want to take any chances. Alice could handle any situation by herself, though. She had supernatural strength like any other vampire, fast reflexs and could see anything coming before it happened, unlike anyone else... Alice didn't have the heart to tell Jasper to stop. He loved her, and thus, wanted to protect her at all costs. She would do the same for him.
"I am sure they are already bonding," She knew that they would get along, for sure. "The three if them." She added to Rosalie's hint towards Jasper getting along better with Edward. "I see that they will be just like true brothers." Alice smiled at the idea and vision. She felt and hoped that she and Rose would be like true sisters. Japser would have some one -- people -- to play rough with. Just would not seem, nor be right if he started fighting and wrestling his petite wife... He would also have some pals to joke around with, it was not often that Jasper showed that side of himself. "I am very fond of the idea of the boys getting along so well." Just speakng of her husband made Alice miss him. She hid her wry expression, and long to head back. She wanted to get to know her... sister better while they were alone.

[/center] ---While Alice had only half answered Rosalie's question, Rosalie took it as a sign that the boys would be friends. The smell of a meal up ahead however, took her mind off the boys. It was time to hunt, and after hunting, Rosalie wanted to do something girlly. ---Looking down at Alice, and her clothing Rosalie made up her mind to take Alice shopping after their hunt. She made up her mind firmly, and wondered if Alice will see the plan, and agree to it. It was growing closer to twilight, and that was the safest time for them to go out shopping. They could build Alice up a little wardrobe and then pick up more on the next town they visited so it didn't look like they were outfitting her for everything. Alice looked over at Rosalie for a moment and looked back ahead as they kept walking at a vampire pace. Her eyes drifter to focus on something that wasn't there. She came back to reality and looked back at Rose and grinned. She was planning on taking her shopping -- she had never been shopping before, she just took what clothing she could find, even if she had to break into homes. She wasn't too proud of that.
But, Alice was very happy that Rosalie wanted to bring her with her; it would be a perfect bonding activity.
