Charlotte had been a little flibbertigibbet all day for tonight because of how jubilant she was. She had been a good little girl and gotten all of her homework done early, which had given her a little too much extra time then. One good thing that came out of that was that she had plenty of time to straighten her hair, which she thought looked much better when it wasn't curly. She had had a lot of extra time, too, but hadn't thought of cleaning her house. She'd mainly gotten online and just stayed on the computer most of the day, which was an easy thing for her to do.
The fake blonde waited patiently on the beach for Embry to show up. Charlotte had been excited for her date that she had arrived early, which for her was a lot. She wasn't usually a person to show up early, just right before she'd be considered late. She remembered one year she did that every day by showing up to class the second before the tardy bell would ring. Her teacher had absolutely despised her, and she'd just strut in with a smirk on her face. She felt bad for the teacher, but couldn't help but had a little bit of fun with it.
Running her hand through her hair, Char glanced around almost impatiently. She tried her best to be a patient person, but when waiting for people she could get a little bouncy. She made sure to keep her flats on the ground unless stepping, and to obviously keep her foot in the shoe. She tried to focus up on the stars and moon that shone down from the sky, seeing if she could recognize any constellations. She couldn't at the moment, but she guessed that as it got later into the night and possibly even into the very early morning that more stars would reveal themselves.

Embry had to run a late shift of patrol tonight, and it bothered him like there was no tomorrow. He was overly exsited for his date later on with Charlotte and it showed. After a while Quil urged him to think of different things, like their patrol. But Quil didn't really understand. Of course, he had Claire, but she was still just a little kid, a baby. It wouldbe a while before they actuallystarted dating.
When the patrol was finally done, Embry ran close to the beach and phased back to is natural form, and pulled on a pair of jeans. The moon was up now, and the stars were shining brightly, all that had no segnificance to Emb. All he was focused apon was Charlotte, and the date.
He ran the short distance to First Beach and saw that Charlotte was already there. Em smiled as he walked over soundlessly, like a ghost. Char looked absolutely stunning in the moonlight, it was increadible. When he reached her, Embry hesitated, taking an other glance over her moonlit silouette. "Hey, gorgeous." He half-whispered then slowly wrapped his arms around her waist, holding her lightly with her back against his chest. "How are you?"

Upon hearing the kind greeting, Charlotte let a smile along with a small blush spread across her face. She was surprised how things didn't seem to be going awkward at all, even after the whole incident in the woods. That had caused her to decide not to go in there alone any more, even if vampires weren't suppose to come over there. "Hello handsome," she said softly, keeping the grin on her face. She was always extremely bright spirited and optomistic around Embry, not that she usually wasn't alone. She just had a little extra pep when she seemed to be by him.
"Better now that your here," Could the grin get much bigger? Especially so late at night? At this rate it was very possible for Char to stretch out that slightly crooked smile a little bigger. But that was just the type of person that she was, she just loved to smile! It was just a natural thing to her, much like talking. She had an easy time talking to most anyone and everyone, and it was hard for her to be an awkward situation with all of the talking that she could do. Which was often why it was rare to find her in a silent room.
Twisting around half-way in Embry's muscular arms, Charlotte reached up and kissed his neck before burrowing her head in it. This was one thing that didn't work to well with her shortness and his tallness. "You're gonna need to bend down some..." She said, making her voice trail off like the sentence wasn't completed. Her left hand traced over his warm, tan chest patiently. That was one thing about him that was almost like an added bonus, how warm he was. She wasn't used to being cold at all, so it would most certainly come in handy during the really cold months.

Embry smiled brightly to himself as Charlotte greeted him back, calling him handsome. The complement made him tighten his arms around her a little more in a comforting way, and in a sort of thanks. Emb smiled widely, his white teeth bright against his dark russet skin, at what she had to say afterwords. Everything was better for him as well because he was there.
Embry frowned a little as Charlotte started to move in his arms, thinking she did not want to be in his arms right now. But a smile grew back as she faced him, still in his hold. When she kissed his neck, a wave of happiness and exsitement washed through him. He trailed one of his hands from her lower back up to her hair and ran it through the long stands once, as she burried her face into him. She ran her hand over his chest after she told him he would have to get a little lower, he absolutely loved it. The way she traced her fingers over his bare chest, Charlotte's skin was much colder than his skin. But Embry had to focus, what had she said? Stupid wolf things. He was much taller than Charlotte, and, come to think of it, all the other pack members also had much shorter imprintees. Embry laughed a little, however, pulled back away from her a little in order to give him enough space to bend down to her level. He bent his head down a bit and kissed her softly once. It was amazing, the feeling he got just kissing her so softly, from holding her closely, from seeing her...
Emb pulled away a little after, but only enough to look at her eyes, and to look into them. A smile pulled at his lips. "I know," He started, in reply. "But perhaps you could get higher, for once." He gave her half a smirk before he wrapped arm a little tighter around her waist and wrapped the other behind her upper legs. He picked her up with ease and pressed her lightly -- for him it was lightly, at least -- against him. Charlotte's feet no longer touched the ground, and her face was at his level. "Much better," Embry commented before going in for a kiss. THis time, he kissed her more passionately, with more intensity. He had missed her, he always missed her when they were appart. No wonder. He loved her madly and needed her so he could live. Once again, Embry pulled away, but only after a longer moment. He would spend all of his time kissing Charlotte if he could, sadly it was not the case. He burried his face in her neck this time, her hair was in his face. The smell was wonderful! "I love you." He whispered. He always would -- that was a garanteed -- and he was so glad he had not lost her that day in the forest to that vampire.

Embry's smile made Charlotte near ecstatic. She absolutely adored his smile, it was probably her favorite thing in the world besides him. Her sister teased her about falling too hard for him, but her little sister also had no idea why she had fallen particularly hard. Not that the blond minded his imprinting one bit - to her that meant she was going to end up with a great guy. What sane girl wouldn't want her own cuddly, lovable Embry? Cuddly might not be the most appropriate word seeing as he was pretty tough skinned with his muscles, though.
The bubbly blond felt lighter than she really was when Embry picked her up. That was another one of the many perks that Charlotte considered, his being able to pick her up. There were probably other males she knew that could do that, but they didn't do it like this. Plus they didn't seem to do it nearly as easily and well, gracefully, as he seemed to. "Much," she agreed before elaborating slightly - as always. "Especially since this means I won't have to wear heels and break my ankle. I love them, but they are usually a ticket to death." She said with a firm nod, before angling her head up slightly to meet Embry's lips half way. She could feel the passion between them, the true love. As if she honestly needed another sign to know that he was the one for her. It was extremely obvious, they just fit together like a puzzle. Which was good for her, because she didn't want to have to wait until she was thirty or something to find a guy. Her mom was always against her having a boyfriend because of what had happened with her biological father, but her step-father didn't seem to mind it. Too much.
"I love you, too," Charlotte nearly made a comment how by the beginning of spring that he'd be sick of her because she'd probably try to be with him every day to stay warm - and because she loved him - but mainly to stay warm. She figured that that was probably going to end up ruining the moment, and stuck with the simple for words. She enjoyed the warmth of their embrace, which was probably awkward looking to any outsiders. She could care less what others thought at the moment, she was happy and in love. Her life goals had pretty much been conquered before she was even out of college, not that she minded.

Embry smiled when she told him she loved him too. It made him the happiest man ever, so to speak. "Alright, down you go." He sighed, lowering Charlotte back down onto her own two feet. He didn't really want to let go of her, content to have her close in his arms, but it was time to put her down.
Keeping his arms wrapped around her, Embry kissed her head and grinned down at her. He was at a loss of words when he met her eyes, lost in them.

Charlotte smiled back at him when he smiled. "Probably a good idea since I'm wearing a skirt for once in my life." She said, though it was not entirely true. Skirts were never something that she had been comfortable wearing - they were just too awkward feeling for her. Which was pretty odd, too, because she didn't mind wearing dresses as long as they weren't freakishly short on her. She brushed her fake blonde hair behind her ear, resting her head on his chest - listening to his heartbeat.
Charlotte could feel his warm lips on her head, and looked up into his deep, dark brown eyes. A small smile was played across her lips. She whispered softly, "do you realize how many things I could say right now to ruin this moment?" A small giggle escaped her lips - as she knew the fact was so true. Which of course was rather odd, but oh well. Her friends gave her many interesting things to say, but most of them where rather odd. Which meant they were perfect to ruin the moment.

Embry shook his head. "You can't ruin it." No matter what she said, the moment would still be perfect.
Amist being lost in her eyes, and in a trance, Embry managed to smile. He had not really paid attention to what she was wearing, he was more focused on her face and had a hard time looking away from her eyes. But he managed to pull them away to look over her. It was probably not the idea; when he took in every aspect of her... Every curve, every shape, every detail... Hormones were more difficult to control than emotions. He was a typical guy -- besides being a wolf. "I'm going to get in trouble if you get dressed like this more often." He smirked. He would get in trouble if he kept looking over her like he had. Emb leaned down. "Oh well." He whispered before meeting her lips egarly. Charlotte was the judge of weather nor not he was in trouble; if he took things a little too far or too fast. Em did not know if he was taking it a little too far right now, kissing her the way he was and holding her a little closer.
(:S if it's a little too far, I can change it)

"Wanna bet?" Charlotte said with a gentle smirk on her soft face. She knew some of the most random things in the world - like the fact that more people had phobias of frogs rather than rats - and could probably figure out saying something to ruin the moment easily. "If I manage to not ruin it, one of us is going to end up laughing anyway." She added with a shrug. She was used to excessive amounts of laughter, her life could be so average sometimes it was hilarious. Well, it was average until you got to the whole my-boyfriend-is-a-werewolf fact. But that was aside the point.
"Mmhm, assuming that's a compliment - since I can never be sure, maybe I'll dress like this more often." Charlotte said with a cheeky wink. She wasn't really a cheeky, flirtatious type of girl (or at least she didn't consider herself one) but late at night with someone she loved she could be. Well, with this type of love at least. Her friends and her would fake flirt with each other to tease each other, but that was totally different. Especially considering they were all straight and most of the time taken. Yes, all of them were most of the time taken.
Charlotte had had only two past serious boyfriends, but they hadn't gotten as far as she had with Embry in the short time that she had known him. She could feel his warmth easily, something that she enjoyed. She wrapped her arms around his neck, as if to pull her up slightly. It was also something that just felt natural for her to do. She was aware they had not kissed like this before, especially in somewhere public, but she had also not kissed him this late at night and been as aware of her surroundings as she was at the moment. So it was a very different circumstance.
[[ Haha, with the friends she had in Texas [which had minds in the gutter ] this is nothing to her. ]]

Embry kissed along her neck as she spoke, the words somehow registering in his mind dispite the distractions of her and her body. "Mmm." He agreed. If she got dressed like that more often she would drive him crazy. Not that Charlotte did not look good on any other given day, but he was literally wild about this look. His lips met her again, as eagarly as before; the hand behind her legs went to the side and slowly trailed its way up. Em was getting ahead of himself, but his hormonal reactions begged to differ. This was not the place for this, not when it threatened to go farther. If he had not shread of self control he would take her right then and there, but he knew it was not the time. He right moment would come, not now. (:S)

Charlotte met his lips just as eagerly as it appeared Embry was about it. She loved kissing him, it was definitely another one of her favorite things. Her hand entrangled itself in his hair - which wasn't easy with it's short length. Where as her other hand was on his back, and her nails probably would have been digging in if they had been long. She loved him more than she could remember loving anything else in this world, which said a lot. She loved people easily. She didn't even react to his hand slowly moving up.
"Not that I'm complaining, but you do realize we're in public, right?" Charlotte said as she drew back for air. She nibbled gently on his neck, before returning back up to his lips slowly as if to tease him about it. Rarely did they kiss with so much passion, most of the time it was just underlying passion that they covered with sweet, gentle kisses. But she was going to get addicted at this rate. "Ahh, screw the skirt." She muttered, to herself mainly, as she wrapped her legs around his waist without breaking the kiss other than having to speak.

When his hand got far enough to be really high on her leg and far enough under her skirt for others' taste, he stopped. Emb pulled Charlotte closer as he felt her fingers scrape his scalp and clamps on his hair. He really loved her, of course, he had imprinted on her! Anything she did was only making his hormones rage... But a few minutes after she wrapped her legs around him, he knew he had to stop. He didn't want to, but he had to. "Why... Do I... Have... To be the... Responsible one?" He said between kisses. He kissed her an other time before breaking away. Embry sighed. It practically killed him to stop, but it had to be done. Obviously, Charlotte didn't care if they ended up doing it in a beach that was mainly rocks and drift wood.
Emb half grinned and half frowned as he looked down at Char, stroking. The side of her face with one hand, the other, holding her up. "Isn't it supposed to be your job to stop me when I get carried away?" He chuckled. He unwrapped her legs from is waiste and set her down on the ground, keep and arm around her as he set er by his side and began to walk.

"You have to be the responsible one because otherwise something in the end is certain to blow up. That, and the fact that I probably couldn't even spell the word responsible." Charlotte teased him gently, a soft smile on her face. It wasn't really true, as she actually wasn't half bad at spelling, but it was possible that something could blow up. She had blown up a microwave and nearly a computer, so you never really would tell whether she was serious or not with that type of things. But overall it was best not to trust her with that type of thing.
Charlotte also chuckled softly at his statement, but put on a pout when he set her down. "Darn. I liked actually being semi-tall for once in my life." She spoke softly, not wanting to be loud on such a quite beach. "It probably is my job, but I missed you, silly. That's not such a crime, now is it? Besides, if you did take it to far I'd kick your butt into tomorrow." She bumped him gently as they walked, though she knew if she even tried to bump with hard it wouldn't have even mattered.

Embry shook his head low with broad grin on his face before looking back down at Charlotte. "Char, you know how strongly I feel about you. Imprinting is some powerful stuff. I won't always be able to be the responsible one." He tightened his arm around her. Embry didn't want to be the responsible one, heck, he didn't want either of them to be the responsible one. But that was his male hormones.
Em smiled when she said she had missed him a lot. He had missed her endlessly every second they were apart. "I missed you, too." He simply replied, kissing the top of her head.

"Yes, I know." Charlotte said, smiling sheepishly up at him. That was something she was aware of, and she felt strongly about him as well. It was a mutual feeling of pure love, a bond that wasn't going to break. "I don't expect you to be, either. If one of us is always responsible, that's going to take all of the fun out of everything." That was how it went in her mind, you couldn't always be responsible. It'd make things harder to mes up, and you wouldn't learn from mistakes as well. Sometimes you just had to let loose and let things go however they wanted to. Let the chips fall where they want.
"I'm just going to have to drag you up to Forks and lock you away, aren't I?" To Lottie, it actually didn't sound like too much of a bad idea. She'd get to see Embry a whole lot more, which would make her quite happy. It wouldn't really work out whenever she was at college though, but she'd figure out a way if she did do that. But thinking about it only made the thought more tempting. It's not like she would actually do it, as everyone needed there freedom at one point.

Emb smirked at the thought. "I wouldn't mind that," Charlotte could take him back home with her and lock him there, hypotheticaly. If she really wanted him to stay there and wait for her all day he would, he wanted to do anything to make her happy.
"Alright then," Embry started before pressing Charlotte against his chest and letting himself fall forward, catching himself before she touched the ground. He gently layed her onto the sand and held himself up on his elbows so he was not putting all his weight on her, but still a bit. One of his hands went to her waiste and went down until it was almost at her knee. He rubbed her leg a little before lifting it up. His lips attacked her neck eagarly and he eventually got closer to her ear. "Let's forget responsibility, then." He whispered in a low, deep voice. Of course this was entirely her call, he was mainly fooling around; not entirely serious. But if Charlotte wanted to...

Charlotte honestly had had no idea what he was doing when he started to drop down, but was not complaining with what she felt on her neck. Though, whether Embry was serious or not she was not sure, but the tone of voice he used made her want to giggle like a school girl. Which was something certainly new for her! But it was so tempting just to leave everything behind tonight, forget about yesterday and tomorrow with how close he was. Sometimes it was incredibly hard to think straight around him, especially at times like these and how he acted.
"You already know that I'm yours," Char whispered softly to him, and she considered it perfectly true. She knew that she would be with him, that they were made for each other. She was his, he was hers. She shifted the angle of her head slightly to meet his lips, she wasn't going to stop him from doing whatever he wanted tonight. She didn't care, she loved him passionately and loved being with him. Just thinking of him made her joyful, so whatever he wanted to do with her was going to no doubt bring her happiness.

Embry smiled against her lips before he started kissing her back. Charlotte ready for this. He knew that he wanted this so badly, and he was sure she knew too, but for her to let him... It exsited him and even more egar. Deepened the kiss a little before breaking away. "Let's get out of here." He whispered again, panting slightly. Emb wrapped her legs around his waiste before he got up. He felt her tightly against his chest, giving her an other kiss, started to run to his place. He had moved out from his parents' home bot too long ago. They were seriously conserned and quite angry with his changes and coming and going at night -- still now that it had been quite a few years. They didn't know about shape-shifters nor that he was one. It was the hardest thing he had to keep from them.
It didn't take much more than a minute for them to get to his house. The place was fairly small but it served it's purposes: clothes, a place to sleep, maybe someday it would have food stocked in it's kitchen, but it was going to serve a whole new purpose as well, now, cause of tonight. Embry stopped running at his rediculous wolf speed when he reached the lawn, running at a human speed to the door as he kissed Charlotte again anxiously.
***************************************
The sun was well up when Embry woke up. He quickly glanced around the room and what extra mess had been added to it, and smirked as he looked next to him. They had really done it. Em couldn't remember the last time he had been so happy. Now as he watched her, he grinned. Could she really look a whole lot prettier today than she did yesterday? He wasn't too sure, but he just watched her.

Charlotte tightened her legs around Embry's waist, placing her head in the crook of his neck. She planted soft, sweet kisses up and down his neck, trying to distract herself from the speed. It was not something she was used to, to say the least. She almost let out a sigh of relief when he went at a normal place, and turned her neck to see where they were. The corners of her lips turned up into a soft smile seeing his small home. Oh, the uses it was going to now bring them were going to be good ones.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The sun was what had woken her up, which caused Charlotte to blink twice before opening her eyes. Woah - wait, what?! The sun?! That was new, well, at least for up here it probably was, but she didn't really know. Her eyes then focused on who she was in bed with, and a smile graced her face. "Did you know I love you?" She said, her voice a little scratchy with it being morning. She was not always an entirely too pleasant person to be around in the mornings, but this was going to be an exception.
Stretching out her legs, Charlotte couldn't help but feel slightly sore, but she knew that was normal. Shaking the thoughts off, she rolled over onto her side and propped her head up on her arm. "Your hair is a mess," she said, chuckling softly though she knew her hair was probably looking like a rats nest. She knew how terribly messy it got in the mornings, and plus with their 'nightly activity' it probably had not helped all too much either.

He watched as her eyes fluttered open and her face lit up. His grin grew into a genuin smile when she spoke. Embry brought his hand to the side of her face and stroked it gently. "Maybe," he said before ducking his head to kiss her softy once. "I never get tired of if though." He wrapped his arm around her and pulled her closer. Emb chuckled, running his hand over his hair not really trying to fix it. "It always is." He never really put any work into his apperence, he only had to make sure he had pants on... Right now was an exception. "But..." Em raised an eyebrow. "I like your hair like that; it's nice when it's curly."

Charlotte laughed softly. "Good, because if you didn't you would have serious listening issues." She teased him gently, a smile on her face. She kept her eyes focused on his handsome face, she couldn't tear them away. She loved him so much, it still amazed her how strongly she could love. Last night had definitely been the most amazing night of her life, mostly because it had been with him. She sighed in contentness, intertwining her hand with his warm hand.
"True, it is almost always messy." Charlotte said, pondering his words for a brief second. She had noticed that it tended to be more on the messy side, but she knew a lot of guys who wore there hair messy. Making a childish face at him, she lightly hit his arm. "Now you're just being nice." Truthfully, she disliked wearing her hair curly because it tangled easily and was just to hard to care for if you were like her and didn't get up early.

Embry gave a short, low -- making is sound a little deep -- chuckle. "Hey, if I didn't know how much you loved me last night wouldn't have turned out the way it had," he couldn't imagine what he would have done if Charlotte had rejected him at any moment from his arrival at the beach until now. His thumb stoked her hand when she intertwinded them before he raised their hands up to his face and kissed hers a few times lightly, and her wrist. Leaving her hand alone finally, he asked: "Are you ok? Nothing hurts or anything?" Emb's face was lightly worried and entirely serious. He hardly knew his own strength, though he was the skinniest one in both Jake's pack and Sam's he was just as wickedly strong. Em feared he might have harmed Char, something he wouldn't be able to get over if it was bad enough -- sort of like Emily and Sam, poor Sam, but that was an actually wolf incident -- he needed to hear that she was fine. If something was wrong he was going to do everything he could to help.
"No. I really like it, Hun. I like it strait, too." He swore.

"Very true," Charlotte agreed, it would have been a completely different night for them both. She wouldn't exactly give away her 'innocence' to some guy who didn't realize how much she loved him. It would be quite odd, and though she often did some odd things that would be a new high for her. She had a lot of nerve, perhaps more than was necessary for her. His question brought her out of her thoughts, and it was one she had been hoping her would not ask.
"It's supposed to," Char whispered softly, not meeting his eyes. She curled her legs up, forming a ball and pressing against his side. She had expected it to hurt, been aware that it was going to no matter what they did. She did not know how long it was supposed to hurt, which was to her annoyance. "It's nothing, though. Don't worry." She said, giving his hand a squeeze. She could tell that he was worried - she had gotten good at reading his face. "I hope you realize I don't believe you." She said, smiling up at him.

"Char," he wrapped his arms around her as she curled up against him, tucking her under his chin and burrying his nose in her hair. "I'm so sorry! I didn't what to hurt you... What do you mean it's supposed to?" He pulled away a little to look at her face. "You didn't entisipate that I would hurt you, did you? You should've known I would never want to hurt you..." He rambled on for a bit before she cut him off. "How can I not worry, Char? I feel horrible." When she squeezed his hand he brought it to his chest and held it there, along side the rest of her body.

Charlotte sighed, closing her eyes to try and tune him out for a moment, though she did not want to be rude. She could still hear him despite her efforts, which was slightly to her disappointment. Taking in a slow, deep breath to calm herself she curled up slightly tighter, her free arm wrapped around them tightly. "No...no, Embry, that is certainly not what I meant." She realized that he must have had no idea what she meant, which was going to not be something she wanted to explain.
"I know," Charlotte said with a heavy sigh. She had assumed that he would have figured it out on his own, though she had tried to ignore and hide from him that it had hurt. It had been very hard at the beginning. She bit down on her lower lip, thinking out in her mind how to explain it simplest. "I will hurt you if I have to explain it all, I'm warning you. I can't believe I even have to say this! Ugh..." She said. Speaking softly as if in public, she spoke once more. "I was a virgin."

"Oh!" He expaimed. "I'm sorry. I didn't realize... that pain. I ment other than that." That was a little awkward. But it was ok, it was just them. But it sort of releved him. It was strange, whoever, for Embry had not thought that Charlotte was still holding the V card. He didn't -- before this -- he had lost his long ago. Emb stroked the back of her neck with his finger. "You aren't hurt elsewhere?" If she said yes, this would make him hate himself a bit. Char was his world and if he harmed her... Whether it be by an angry outburst or by complete accident, he would take it badly. She was so delicate as it was, she didn't need him harming her to make things worse.

Charlotte smiled up at him sheepishly, a soft blush on her cheeks though it was hard noticeable. He looked a bit surprised about it, whether it was from her former pureness or how she had been a bit blunt with it. She knew she had been a bit of a prude about it all, but oh well. She bit down on her lip, glancing away from him shyly. She held back a soft giggle, her legs extending out at her thoughts. She did not even wonder how she forgot about it.
"Other than that, I'm fine." Char said, a quiet giggle managing to escape. She readjusted herself until she was lying on her stomach on top of him, her face a small distance away from his one.

When she stretched out her legs Embr pulled her a little closer to him. "Good," he sighed, releaved that he had not hurt her... In other places. Charlotte started to shift and Emb frowned, thinking she was going to get up or pull away. Charlotte started to climb onto him and he smiled, turning onto his back, and put his hands on her bare back. "Mmm." He gave a sort of moan as he took one of his hand to her cheek. Embry brought her face down so his lips could pressed against her's shortly before he pulled back a little and started to kiss her. Em was the happiest man -- well not exactly a man yet -- right now.

When Char felt Embry's lips leave her own, she rolled her eyes mentally. She was slightly surprised he didn't ask about her giggle fit, but realized at the same time. She honestly could care less. It's not like she had really been excited about going...because she hadn't. It was no big deal to her, no one would notice her absence. And if they did good for them! She could care less. It wasn't like they had not ever done the same, and she'd just call them a hypocrite and leave.
"I hope you realize I wasn't done." Charlotte breathed out, pulling his mouth back to her own. Not that she didn't enjoy what he was doing, because she did. She really did, but she was being a bit of a hog.

Embry raised an eyebrow. "Oh. Don't let me stop you then," he mused after she started to kiss him again. Charlotte wasn't as strong as any shape-shifter or vampire but for a human she was pretty strong, Embry found. He didn't object to what she was doing, he liked it and the way she was dominating him...
Em could spend his entire time there with Charlotte but his stomach said otherwise; he was hungry. "Char... Do you think... We could get... Something to eat?" He breathed between kisses.
