[[Edited, For reasons Aro had mentioned to the both of us]]
Today was like any other day in Volterra. The sun was out and shining bright, high up in the skin, the humans in the town were out and about. Chatting with one another and enjoying the sun why it lasted. The sun wasn’t always out and it was a change for once, a change for everyone including the vampires. It would have been the perfect day to show the world what they were. Vampires, by showing your skin in front of everyone, But this was something the Volturi would not allow and nobody would want to disobey them. This would result in being destroyed or not only physically but also mentally hurt. That was something the Volturi specialized in, what they were known for.
Jane pulled her hat of her robe onto her head and walked down the stairs and towards the gates of the Volturi castle. The Volturi castle was were the Volturi leaders, wives and guards lived. They are the most powerful Vampire coven there is, most vampires are afraid of them and wouldn’t want to disobey there rule. But some did and they wished they hadn’t this sometime helped warn others of what would happen if they too disobeyed the Volturi. Jane walked out of the gates closing them behind her and made her way down the path passing groups of humans. Sometimes even getting knocked or pushed which Jane just glared at those who did so.
Jane stopped as a sort of familiar face come into her view. She had seen hadn't seen him very much before. She had heard about him from Aro's good friend Carlise who had told her and Aro all about him. Edward Cullen was his name and he was apart of the Olympic Coven. They lived in Forks and the leader Carlisle was one of Aro’s good friends. But Jane couldn’t seem to think of a reason as to why he was here. Jane took a couple of steps forward, now stands just a few steps away from him. ”Edward Cullen, What brings you here to Volterra?” Jane said with a small smirk.

”Edward Cullen, What brings you here to Volterra?”
Jane Volturi.
Edward had met Jane in the past, always when he was in the company of his family. Never alone. Come to think of it, he had never been to Volterra alone. It wasn't exactly the place for a casual visit. The Volturi vampires didn't share there diet. They didn't even want to entertain the idea. Each and every vampire living within the walls, was in no way into animal blood. They chose to drink human blood. Killing anyone who was remotely stupid enough to follow a guide inside. It was a slaughter house.
" Hello Jane " Edward voiced in force-full kindness. His hatred for the blond girl would be evident by the tone. " I would like to see Aro. " He stated simply, all politeness gone from his voice. He didn't want to talk with Jane, she was simply a stepping stone onto the higher power.
Aro, one of the Voltari leaders, would hopefully be the one to grant his request. He was an acquaintance of Carlisle's after-all. Surely he would do his 'son' a favor.

Jane stood silently waiting for Edward to notice she was standing there. She knew he would have heard her before she said anything because after all he could read minds. But most of the time there was a down side to special abilities; Jane’s being one of those who didn’t have a down side. Edward’s on the other side did he could only hear the thought of those close to him, and Jane was standing close by. Jane sighed she hadn’t like Edward Cullen very much even from the start when she first had meet him. And she had a pretty good Idea that he didn’t like her very much either but if he showed that he would have regretted doing so.
Edward turned around, he was now facing Jane. ”Hello Jane” He said his voice sounding sort of kind. But Jane knew it was all forced he just didn’t want to get on her bad side, nobody did. Edward didn’t like the way the Volturi drank from humans instead of animal. Jane herself hated vegetarian vampires because they go against their nature of being a vampire to protect stupid humans. To her it is like seeing a spider saying no to a fly because it is cruel and eat fruit instead. Jane doesn’t understand the reasons behind the vegetarian vampires nor does she understand their beliefs.
Jane sighed she had no idea as to why Edward was here, he never came he alone nobody did most people were scared of the Volturi. This was for many reasons, like the pain they could be put in or something worse which nobody would want. ”I would like to see Aro.” Edward said his voice not very nice any more. Jane did not like that one bit he would regret it if he spoke any ruder. ”You would, would you? That’s nice,” Jane said with a small smirk on her face. There was no harm being rude back.

Jane scooted from one foot to the other waiting for Edwards reply. He would have most likely block out her thoughts about how she hated the vegetarian vampires. But it didn’t get to her one bit because those where her thoughts and not his for any reason he didn’t deserved to hear hers. It was alright if he listened to anyone else but sometimes her thoughts were things she rathered to keep to herself instead of him knowing. For all she knew Edward could go and tell others about her thoughts and he wouldn’t have any permission what so ever.
Jane had always wanted to tease a vegetarian vampire by drain, or sucking blood from a human right in front of there eyes. Although it wasn’t aloud because it would be rude and disrespectful, Jane still liked to daydream about it ever now and then every one dreamt or day dreamt about something completely imposable that they and every one else knew would never happen. It was just a thought but it would have been entertaining and funny to see there reaction to it. Most normal vampire reaction would be pushing the vampire away and draining the blood from the human leaving it dead and alone.
She turned her attention back to the annoying vampire standing in front of her just as he decided he would speak. "Yes, its very nice. Now take me to see Aro." Edward said his voice steady. Jane sighed she didn’t want to take him to Aro but knew she had to or she would be in trouble for not doing so. ”Fine. But why do you need to see him first?” Jane asked turning around. and started heading back to the castle hoping he would follow, if he didn’t it would have been his fault not hers. Jane didn’t care if he followed or not it was his choice after all.
