[/u][/center][/size][/font].:Look:. Ian is well built due to his wolf side; he also has short dark hair and dark eyes to go with his naturally tan skin. He tends to try to still fit in wherever he goes, so he often wears layers when in public even if he is burning up in them.

[/u][/center][/size][/font].:Basic Personality:. Ian often feels like he has the weight of the world on his back. He has always felt pressure to do things even if no one ever put it there. Wither is was do good in school, be the best at foot ball, or help raise his two younger sisters; Ian did it the best he could. While he always felt the pressure he rarely showed the stress that came with it.
Outwardly Ian was a relaxed guy who made everything he did seem easy. No one ever saw the man behind the easy going guy who could have been the next football star. His best friend was his brother, and it was a easy friendship. Never any pressure there.
Ian changed after his brother disappeared. After almost a week of being gone this brother returned and would not (could not) tell anyone were he had been; when he could tell his brother was hiding things from him, Ian felt him self grow angry. Over the next few days, little things would anger him. The relaxed guy was slipping. After he finally phased, Ian had trouble going back to the relaxed guy, and found it harder to hide the pressures he felt on him self.
From this, Ian's temper is short. If something is not working out like it should, plans fail, or even something as small as him leaving home and forgetting something behind can cause the wolf anger in him to build and rise. He went from an easy relaxed guy to a short temped and violent warrior. One good thing that can be said about Ian, is while his temper is short, he is rarely to never unjustly mean to others. He will not take his anger out on his pack.

.:Family:. His mother, Anna. Two younger sisters ages ten and eight. A twin Brother.
.:History:. Ian was born almost a half hour after his twin brother, to a very young couple. Their parents had been high school sweethearts, who had gotten pregnant early on. Unlike some, they kept their children and tried to make a life of it, even getting married a few years later. Ian’s father joined the US military in order to provide for the family. It helped but it meant he was rarely around. They would never have tons of money, but when you were growing up with the beach in walking distance you found ways to have fun cashless. When the Detten boys got tired of the endless waves, they could walk the short distance to the woods for hiking, and play.
When Ian was nine, and his parents older they had another child, a daughter this time, with another daughter following two years later. Around the same time as the youngest was born, their father decided he wasn’t meant for the small town life. He took a large job offer and left for sunny CA. Ian’s mother kept the children with her in La Push. Because of their age difference, Ian has always felt protective of his sisters; Noel and Marie.
Ian's high school life started out promising. He joined the football team and everyone said that with some practice they could see him has captain of the team in a few years. He made good grades in the early days, often bring home low A's and High B's.
One day, his brother went missing and that was when everything changed.
Almost a week later, this brother returned and refused to explain anything. He simply fell back into his old life, but kept leaving at odd times, and staying out most nights. The feeling of losing his best friend; his brother, and not knowing why made the anger grow inside him. Little things would annoy Ian when before he laughed them off. Within a few days, Ian’s anger would explode, and he would learn his brother’s secrets.
Three years later, Ian is a strong member of the pack. While not as tall and muscled as the alpha, Ian is faster and a bit more military. He has yet to learn to control his anger, but he has learned to use it. If you have to be angry, and strong; then why not use it to make sure nothing got past the Makah lines.
