[/u][/center][/size][/font].:Look:. Evelyn is pale and beautiful like all other vampires. She has piercing eyes that will change from crimson to a pure shade of black depending on her thirst. She has long limbs for someone her height, and is slender. She has more a stick figure than an hourglass, and has straight posture. She has high cheek bones with a sharp, perfectly straight nose that was enhanced with vampirism.

[/u][/center][/size][/font].:Basic Personality:. Evelyn practically has two sides to her personality. Though, the most common side to be found would be her crueler, sadistic side that she loves to use. She hardly ever feels guilty with anything that she does, and can be heartless. She often just turns away when most people need help, and chooses to ignore them completely.
Though, Evelyn's other side is practically the exact opposite but extremely hard to find. It is about once or twice in a whole century when she lets her kinder side show, where she can be rather quite and held back, a major contrast to her usual loudness and not afraid to speak her mind. When this side shows, if she knows the person she is around well enough, she can also be a little flibbertigibbet.
The only thing that both sides show is that Evelyn is an extremely curious girl. She loves to learn things, and see knew places. The only thing that she doesn't truly like about being a part of the Volturi is that you don't get to travel that much, unless to get food. She doesn't join Heidi often to get meals, but she will occasionally.

.:Special Skills:. Seeing into the past. Evelyn uses it to fill in her curiousity about other vampires and see what has happened to them. Though, she sees it through their eyes and therefore can only see what they see. She can not read the persons thoughts at the time, and has to be in sight for the ability to work. Even if she has seen them before, she can not do it without them in her sight line. She can hear the surroundings happening, though it is much quieter than it actually was at the time.

.:History:. Evelyn Chandler was born in a small town in Southern France, near the coast. It was an extremely small village, the population probably only near twenty-five. There were not many other villages near by, and therefore they usually had to walk awhile to get anything. Nonetheless, she grew up rather average for the time period that she was born in.
Not too long after her fifteenth birthday, a pair of vampires raided her village. They killed everyone in it, except for her. They were full by the time they had gotten to her, and therefore hadn't withdrawn enough blood to kill her. Instead Evelyn was left by herself, to turn into a newborn. She had extremely violent new borns, which were by far not pretty at all.
For the beginning of her vampiric life, Evelyn was an out of control murder who never gave a thought to anything. It was amazing how no humans ever suceeded in discovering her being a vampire. Her thoughts were cruel and unforgiving, and she killed all from newborn children to the elders of a village.
Around 100 A.D., when Evelyn had learned to control herself much better, she came across Aro. The whole Volturi thing interested her. She decided to join his guard of talented vampires, seeing as she had a powerful (or so she thought) ability. She fit in rather well amongst the rest of the guard, with the power that she craved to have and her unforgiving personality.
