Was, Aro asking her to ssppyy for him? He wanted her, to go there, and spy? Surely he knew if she showed up she would be unable to leave the dust unstirred. Maria was silent for a moment while thinking this over. He had touched members of the Cullen family, that much was clear, but he wanted to know more? What kind of more? What he he not know? The half breed? What they were doing now to cover. . . cover up. To lay low. To stay out of trouble.
If they were trying to lay low, and Aro (since he had to know) sent her there, and she stirred things up the Volturi would be more likely to come . . . back . . . and Ooooohhhhh. He wanted more then a spy, perhaps? "What sort of information would you want, Aro?"

Aro watched Maria's reaction he remained quite waiting for her response. Would she understand what he wanted. Information would be nice, but he wanted a reason to go over a reason to have to destroy them. He had been planning on this for a long time and now seemed like the right time. He wanted many of the talents yes, but if they were to loyal to their 'family' then he wouldn't be getting them. He of course could try and persuade them, but of course that attempt might fail and he would not be in a good mood. After what had just happened their plans had all fallen through they weren't even able to touch them they had no reason to be destroyed.
"Not exactly information," Aro replied taking a step close. A smile was on his face. Perhaps he would get his way this time. "More of a reason to interfere," Aro said calmly. Yes Maria was good at getting in trouble she would most certainly be a good choice. Of course this plan would go through unlike his last one he frowned slightly, but it quickly went away.

Maria watched him for a moment, then spoke very carefully, choosing her words with her up most care and detail. "I might find the information you seek," Information being code for his reason for going to forks. "IF," She paused for a half second to let the word sink in, "If any misbehaviors, which might occur on my part, were to be over looked. Nothing naughty, just a few small things." She would need them closed ranks and desperate. Guessing her next move, and doing this out of the usual, and slightly 'illegal' to try to stop her. If she got in over her head, the Volturi would behind her.

Aro listen closely to Maria. She was giving him some sort of condition. He waited for the 'if' part. What would she want from him? What would he be willing to give her? Of course if things didn't go as planned and his small plan was revealed through her he would have her destroyed. After all she was just one vampire no reason to have to much trouble over her. It would be easy even now he could have her destroyed he knew that for sure. She held many secrets from him, but as to how many he was unsure. He would have to not focus on what exactly she was hiding something that would have her destroy. He may not even hesitate to kill her if things didn't go his way. He wonder if she realized that, if she messed things up what would happen to her. He wouldn't say anything he had given her many warnings in the past and that should be enough at least for the moment.
Her condition to over look anything she did. Just as she said just a few. But he was sure he could over look most of it as long as he got to the Cullen's as long as he got his goal. He would be most pleased and allow Maria to do what she wants. He would probably even over look her secret past if he gained what he wanted. If he gained the power he craved. He wanted many of the Cullen's Alice, Edward, Bella all of them powers he wanted. Alice most certainly to have the future within his finger tips would be splendid.
Aro looked at Maria deep in thought over the condition he had give her. "I'm sure that could be arranged," Aro replied to her request. A smile on his face one not only of being friendly, but of plotting. "I'm sure you do realize what will happen if any information happens to slip?" Aro asked. He wanted this to remain between them. "Just between us good 'friends' as we are?" Aro added. This was important and he didn't want things messed up. "I trust you can do this and is the only reason I'm asking this of you. You can be trusted to keep things a secret. You and I both know you have secrets that not even I know."

Maria wondered if Aro would keep his word, or use this against her one day. It was only a matter of time before he would want to knew more. Aro not knowing things seemed to be an uncommon event.
"I am known for keeping my secrets, Aro." Ones that benefited her. Maria thought for a moment. If the Cullens knew that Aro was planning (again) to kill them, would they make the first move? Jasper would. If she came bearing 'orders' and told Jasper everything he would want to protect his family and there was only one why he knew of on how to do it.
However, the other were more peaceful. They might not want to fight, and he would side with their wishes. He was never one to go it alone.
Which meant, for the moment, bring war on the Volturi was out. Also it meant the Volturi were still the strongest and Maria sided with the winning team. "I will get this done. I will need more information. I never go in unpaired and now I am going against someone I . . . taught-" trained "-very, very well. Military type information. How many near by covens are their, and how close are they to the Cullens?" Now she could be more blunt in her questioning.

Aro kept his eyes on Maria he wanted to know what she was thinking. Would she do this as asked or try to find a way out of it? He was not sure and didn't want to force any demands at the moment. He would wait and see what exactly she would do. He could just as easily have her destroyed, but he didn't want to do that. He needed her for the moment and that was the only reason she was still alive. The reason he was not finding out what she was thinking. After all she had come to visit him that was another reason for requesting her help
"Indeed you are," Aro replied a smile on his face. Perhaps this would turn out as he wanted. It would please him extremely if she were to cause trouble with the Cullen's. Whatever it may be creating armies or some other source. He needed a reason to go over there. He needed a reason to destroy them and quickly. He wasn't as concerned about their talents he wanted them gone after what they had done.
It was easy to tell he was happy by what Maria said. She would get this done. And if she didn't well there were a few things he was sure that would get her destroyed. She was simply here to gather information. He could always find some other vampire, but he knew Maria would be the best in this situation. He was never one to do to much work to show that he was the one behind it. Just like with his sister, Didyme, he had her killed. Marcus was planning on leaving and he most certainly could not have that. She was killed by some unknown vampire who in turn was killed. Marcus had got his so called 'revenge' some other vampire that did not have anything to do with it. But who would have ever doubted his word?
"There is another coven close by," Aro said now freely giving her the information she craved. "In Alaska the Denali coven there are five members. They are like the Cullen's in what they hunt animals. They are like family I suppose their bond is close," Aro said thinking about it. Marcus had felt the bond between the covens when they were all together.

"So I would need to watch my actions. Divide them." Maria again thought of Jasper. "Mmmmmm" she said as if she had eaten something wonderful, "I know of a way to do such actions." Like always she would enter though the weakest link. "Tell me about the Cullens. Have they fought many of our kind?" She wanted to know the odds. She was planning, thinking, plotting. Learning what she could before moving in. She would hunt for one or two 'friends' along the way. Try to pick up a one with a gift or large size. Something to even the odds should it come to an all out fight.

"Carlisle is a very compassionate vampire," Aro replied. "He would probably rather go against fighting, but then again if his family was at risk he probably would. But from what I know of him he would try to find a way to talk things out. But your 'pet' is with him so things might be different. As well as how large of a coven they are," Aro stopped for a moment thinking about what he had said. It would be possible to take on the Cullen's but what if they gathered all the vampires they had before. Sure they could take them out, but Bella her talent was something that had stopped them. He would have to figure away around that some way to defeat her if she wasn't willing to join them.
"Their talents are very useful," Aro added thinking about how badly he wanted their talents. "Alice will probably see you coming but now know exactly why you are coming. Edward will be a problem you will need to be careful about your thoughts and be sure not to think about me or the Volturi we don't want anyone finding out how you go to them do we?" Aro questioned Maria.
He was sure once Edward found out it was him that sent Maria things would not turn out the way he wanted them to. It was important for Maria to keep her thoughts a secret to be sure that no one found out about this. That's why he chose her she could keep secrets she could anyone from knowing about this.

"The mind reader? I have dealt with their kind once or twice before. I know how to keep them guessing." maria had delt with many 'gifted' types before. "How dose, this . . . Alice's gift work. She sees things that will happen?"
Maria wanted to know if their were ways around this. Surely she could not see everything that would happen. Something had to be missed. Over seen. Perhaps Maria could over load it, or trick it.

Aro stayed silent for a few moments before answering Maria's question. "She can see decisions made if one was to change their mind the future changes," Aro explained. "The future is not set in stone so it is possible to avoid from being seen but she will not know the exact reasons for you coming to Forks." Aro was confident that Maria could avoid being seen she would just have to be careful. Not think to much about what she was doing not let her path be set in stone. It can change so quickly. "I'm most confident that you will succeed I wouldn't have asked you if I did no think so," Aro said allowing her to know at least a little of what he was thinking.
He smiled a bit more perhaps she would do this and succeed. A reason to return to Forks to find the Cullen's being accused of doing something they shouldn't. Maria was always in the area when there was trouble and he was sure on more than one occasion she was the cause, but it was a good thing it was never found out. She would be very helpful he knew that.
Ah, but the possibility of getting to the Cullen's was worth any risk! They had so many talents he wanted, he craved, but he could never have. In time perhaps, but for now he would have to wait and be patient. He would have to see how things played out before he did anything more.

Maria pondered over this new detail. Jasper's little mate would be a hindrance. She would have to go in unplanned or with many plans . . . .yes, many plans. Over load it and block out her true plan. She could think she would do them all based on actions. Let her see this coming. It would so her no good. Maria smiled and chuckled, "I do not foresee that little power to be any trouble." She shrugged a small shoulder, "I can think of ways to use it ageist her. Do they trust in her gift, or they use it?"
She ignored his other comments, wanting to fouces on this for now. Aro and her could small talk til the world ended, however for this moment, she wasn't here to chat. She was here to bring Jasper Whitlock to his knees for leaving her as he did. She was going to make his family pay.

[[Um I kind of forgot what exactly happen in Eclipse so if some of it isn't right sorry. It's mostly Aro's thoughts anyways Maria isn't having to respond to it.]]
"They do rely on her," Aro replied. He had read Edward's thoughts when they had tried to forsee who was making the newborn armies. It was young Bella who had made the connection to Victoria and her intruder that had taken cloths from her house. "Sometimes they put to much pressure on her and important decisions slip through," Aro added. A straight forward decision like the Volturi coming to Forks to seek out the supposed 'Immortal Child' was something she had seen. Aro himself would have to be careful with his choices right now. He was thinking of sending his own guard to do the job for him, but he could send Maria or destroy her. Either way would be fine with him. He would have to be constantly changing his mind. Once Maria agreed to his plan then he wouldn't have to worry as much he could focus on other decisions to take Alice's visions away from him.
There was so much he still needed to do Joham was still needed to be tracked down. Yes that would be his next job. And he would probably send one of the guard to do this assignment. Though he himself wanted to meet this vampire. He was curious as to why he decided to see if he could make such a existence half-mortal half-immortal it still amazed him! He was more than ready to read his thoughts and give him the justice he deserved.
Aro turned his attention back to Maria she still had to agree to do this. "Any misbehavior that happens will be ignored," Aro assured Maria once again. He of course could be lying for all she knew. If things didn't go as planned he would have her destroyed, but he wasn't going to tell her that. He was confident she wouldn't let things slip and that's why he had asked this of her. He hadn't really been expecting a visit from her and was more than happy to have this conversation. This possibility of getting the Cullen's.

Maria did not plan on getting caught with any misbehaving deeds. Shew knew just how to act with out getting caught. While this, would be a challenge, it was not one that she felt would cause her any hardships. You simply used them like pawns, in a true army. Trillions of people had died in wars and never meet the general they fount for. When going to war with these 'readers' then you had to make sure, there was nothing there to read. "I do not for see, this Alice, nor misbehaviors to be worth bothering over. I will not misbehave while there. I can be troublesome with out being naughty, Aro." She lied smoothly. "I might bend the rule, slightly but I will not break it. They will have to be the first to brake the rules." Giving him his reason to kill them.
"There is one request-" demand "-I will ask of you. Jasper Whitlock, is left for me to deal with. I owe him . . . " Her eyes narrowed and her normally happy face, turned slightly bitter and annoyed. ". . . . I own him a thank you for how he left me." Her tone left no doubts what sort of evil thanks she would be giving him.

[[Okay I guess you can post once more or move the thread.]]
Aro nodded his head as Maria told him she would not break the rules. He would wait and see wouldn't he? After all if she messed things up he could have destroyed it would be a shame wouldn't it? Perhaps Maria could be of further use later he wouldn't destroy her just yet. Let her do her job if she succeeds in not being found out who sent her then he would overlook much that she did in the future and even in her past.
"I assure you Jasper will be left alive," Aro promised. After all he was more concerned with Bella, Edward, and Alice those were the three he wanted. He knew for certain none of them would join him so he would have to wait and be patient if they did not join him maybe he would end up killing. Hadn't Edward questioned that when he requested death 'Join or die, is that it?' perhaps young Edward wasn't to far off. His family was becoming far to troublesome to keep around. "My dear," Aro said kindly. "I'm afraid I have much to do if you don't mind," She had what she needed he was not going to give her any more information she could do what he requested. In return he would give her Jasper and over look a few of her other deeds.
