---With her smile bright, Rosalie looked around. "Mmm, yes." She said, "Some promising, scents. . . . haha, bear! Emmett will be sorry he missed this." He had not wanted to clean house. Rosalie missed Emmett, even if she had just seen him an hour or so ago.
---"Esme, tell me again how you meet Carlisle. So long ago." Rosalie asked, while she followed a scent. Trying to see what else there might be to hunt. Esme had told her before, but Rosalie liked hearing love stories and even if she knew it, and heard it a million types she liked hearing it. Esme's story was not a happy one, but it ended well. It ended with the family. Rosalie's did too, but she wanted her ended different. Esme at lest seemed happy with her 'ever after'.

Esme smiled. “Emmett might even wished he had decided to clean the house but I’m pretty sure he will find a bear again some day around here. I mean we are going to be here for quite some times” she said. At least she hoped. Esme had never been a fan of having to leave places all the time. But of course she understood why it was so important to do so.
“You mean the first time I saw him? “she asked Rosalie. Ever once in a while Rosalie would ask the same question as to how Carlisle and her meet. Even thought sometimes it hurt her to talk about the baby she would do so for Rosalie. “Well I had broken my leg and had been taken to the hospital where Carlisle worked even thought back then he was only known as Dr Cullen.” She told Rosalie a smile on her face. Talking about Carlisle always made her quite happy. “As soon as I locked my eyes on his beautiful face, I knew I would need to have him as my own. He helped with with my broken bones with such care and attention. But I had to move and then I meet with who would become my future husband…” she let her voice trail.

---"But it was fate!" Rosalie liked to skip over the sadder parts. She understood how Esme felt. Rosalie had never had a child, of her own, but she wanted one more then her next breath. It was unfair! Fate was a mean bitch, you got the man of your dreams, the life at your dreams. . . . you lost the thing you wanted most.
---"I wish I had known Emmett when we were humans." Wished as well, she could have seen him for what he was. Even Rosalie sometimes wondered if the socialite she was, would have taken one look at the burly hunter and walked the the way or fall head over heels for him.

Esme nodded. “I’m sure it was” she skipped the part of her life with her old husband to move to her life with Carlisle. “Then I meet Carlisle again” she said. “We brough me into the Cullen family. We quickly got married as we knew we were meant to be together.” She explained smiling. “He got me the most amazing gift. A place where we could have our time alone away from everyone. He got me Esme’s Island.” Finished dreamily.
“Maybe things would have been different if you had meet him earlier on in life.” She said softly. She wasn’t sure if Rosalie would have given Emmett the time of day back when they were humans. Being changed into a vampire can change someone’s point of view on life. “The important thing is that now you have each other.” But she understood why Rosalie whished she had knew Emmett before. That way she could have had a chance of having a baby.

---Rosalie smiled. She loved Esme's Island. It was the one place they could not hide, and run for miles with out worries like humans, city's, sun light. Perfect. They rarely went as a group. It was more a couples place and mostly only Carlisle and Esme went, but it was still one of them most beautiful places Rosalie had ever seen. "The island is so different from here. From Forks." And it was. One was bright colors, tans and whites and blues. Forks was dark and greens. Both were loved, but they were different.
