Paul had to talk to Jacob. Well, he didn't have but he knew that eventually, it would come out that he had imprinted on Rachael Black, and he would rather tell him at first . . . before Jake received all the disturbing images of how Paul perceived his sister next time they phased. He was on his way to the Black residence, wishing that Rachael could be there there. Once he told Jake, who knows how the kid would react. He did know though that if Ray had been there, then she wouldn't be able to fully understand why Jake was so mad that he had a thing for his sister. Little did she know, that being with her was a life long commitment. To those who did not know about imprinting, one date was causal . . . but to Paul, it was so much more.
He walked into the house. Knocking was not a formality he took part of. Instead of performing the action, he decided to vocalize the sound instead. "Knock knock, anybody home?" He hoped Billy wasn't. Paul did not want to tell Billy right away. Especially since Paul had briefly dated the other Black twin for some time. Paul also had to admit that in a way, he was looking forward to telling Jacob. Paul loved fights, and he wondered just how protective Jake was of his sister . . . this should be interesting indeed.

"Paul?" He said as he knew for a fact he was right. He didn't want to be right, but alas his old friend, if one could even call him a friend was around. He thanked the stars that Billy, his father, was not around to see any backlash that may occur. Granted his father understood that he was different from most other guys. "What'd you do this time?" He said the moment he walked in the room where Paul was standing. "And since when do you just barge in?" He teased as he could still joke around. However he had a feeling this was more business related than a social call. "Please tell me you haven't killed anyone yet." His voice was casual but at the same time showed somewhat more authority than Paul probably had ever seen come out of his mouth.

What did he do? Oh, he only imprinted on his sister . . . that's all! Paul knew he would have to tell Jake, before they phased next and Jake got inside his head. "Ha ha, really funny kid. You may be my very first victim," he said smirking, obviously kidding. It would not be good at all if he killed Rachael's brother. That would not help his situation in the least. "Whatever man." The authoritative tone which Jacob spoke with, did in fact irritate him. He ignored it; or tried to. Paul never did well when it came to authority figures.
"The door was open. You're just lucky I ain't a robber or something." Paul took a seat on the couch, and found himself quite comfortable indeed. "Is anyone else home?" He asked, wanting to be one hundred percent sure, just in case while Paul was telling Jake, someone unexpected popped out a room. Rachael didn't know about the whole wolf thing yet . . . this was not the way Paul intended to tell her.

He took a deep breath just once. "Petals and Butterfly are both gone as is my father." He told Paul as he was being a huge pain in the ass. "You could try Paul, but just you wait, you'll have more than enough to deal with. 'Cause if I die, my sisters would be coming after whoever killed me." He said with authority. He did not like the atmosphere that Paul had brought into the house, but he had noticed the changes in Petals' behavior. "Honestly, the door was shut until about ten minutes ago, 'cause Dad and the other two left together." He said with a small sigh. He was worried about his sisters and his father especially since he was sure that the wolf thing was easy to deal with, when one is human. "Petals should be back in about an hour and a half, with Butterfly not too far behind her, and then our dad should be coming back shortly after his visit with Charlie Swan....who as you know is the chief of police in Forks." He kept his authoritive tone, but was a little more civil than normal, granted he was a bit annoyed, more so than usual.

"Who the hell is Petals and Butterfly?" Paul could guess who they were, though he wasn't quite sure which one was which. Paul then smirked. "What are you, Rosebush?" He asked, mocking the bizarre names he Jacob was referring to his sisters as. The most important part of what Jake had said though, was that no one else was home. That was all Paul needed to know. Now, he would be able to tell him and just deal with one pissed Black family member. One at a time; he would have to tell Billy later . . . until Jake did him the favor of doing so.
"Is that a challenge kid?" He asked as Jacob was making it clear that Paul killing him was not a good idea. "You know I love a good challenge. You never wanna underestimate me." Paul was obviously not going to kill him . . . and he was just playing around with the beta of the pack; it was after all, one of Paul's favorite pass times. "I'm surprised you didn't go with your dad to see Charlie, you know . . . since Bella is there and all." Paul really only said that to see if it would hit a nerve with Jacob. He was not sure if it would, or wouldn't but either way, Paul had fun saying it.

Honestly, Paul was not even worth his time. "Shove it Paul, unless you came here to say something, I suggest you leave. Especially since it is not appropriate to come into one's home and threaten. Unless you truly are looking for a fight, and I'm willing to give you one." He said as he looked at Paul, he really disliked the way Paul was. However, Paul was an arse, and that was all there was to it. He knew that it was necessary not to piss too many people off.
He disliked when anyone mentioned Bella since the events that occured had nearly destroyed him. Reason he hadn't gone to see Charlie, even though Charlie had been like another father to him, was because of Bella and the pain she had put him through. "Bella was busy and so I decided to stay home, as if that is any of your business. Like it or not I do have a life outside of Forks, outside of La Push and I can leave any time I wish." He told Paul with more authority than he probably should have used, given the knowledge that Paul disliked authority with a passion. "The names dumbass, come from my mother, she named Rachael and Rebecca those names before she died. I didn't get one. So therefore you know what you can go to hell if you ever threaten me or one of my family members, got it? I'm not afraid of you Paul, even if you may think I am. I'm always up for a challenge." He knew the kind of world he had been brought into.
"Paul's an ass." He thought to himself as he was acting more like one than usual. He didn't care what Paul's motives were nor did he really care. All he knew was what he felt toward his family and that Paul just wanted to annoy him for reasons unknown, probably because of the fact he was a Beta, which was rather hilarious. "I could take Paul on if I was given enough reason to attack the bloke." He thought further into what Paul could want.
