Eleazar is a very calm person. He takes everything in stride and tries to think before reacting to something. He is a very peaceful person to be around and he tries very hard to help others. He didn’t enjoy working for the Volturi because they were not calm and peaceful, they would start a war just as soon as end one. He’s an extremely loving person, as he adores Carmen as his wife and Kate and Tanya as sisters.
He is a very accepting person, seeing as he accepted Renesmee. He doesn’t like to hurt others which is why he left the Volturi and why he became a vegetarian vampire. Eleazar is very protective over his family and will not take well to threats against them. He has the power to see what powers other vampire possess and if he tries hard enough can even see what powers a human might have if turned.

In a time long ago Eleazer Vincenzo was a member of the guard in the Volturi. The Volturi, mostly Aro, saw Eleazar as one of it’s prized members. For he could see the powers of other vampires and see the powers that a human would posses once turned. He, like the others, led a life of service to the three main members at the heart of the Volturi Aro, Cacius, and Marcus. All this changed when a beautiful young vampire named Carmen came to the Volturi. Eleazar feel in love with the woman he sometimes called his Spanish rose and begged Aro to keep her.
When he was refused, Eleazar left the Volturi and after roaming for awhile found the Denali coven.
There he and Carmen lived with the other members: Tanya, Kate and Irina.
When the Cullen’s called for help, Eleazar and the entire coven came. There Carmen took a liking to Bella’s daughter Renesmee and Eleazar helped Bella figure out her power. He also gave the Cullen’s inside information about the Volturi, so they might come out of the war successfully.
Today Carmen and Eleazar live with Kate and Tanya, Irina having died. They are all still quite fond of the Cullen’s and Eleazar has a soft spot for little Nessie.
