Aro had returned to Volterra after defeating the newborn armies. Deline had been of little help it had been easy to find the armies. Of course he was intently curious with her power. Would it work on humans? So many possibilities Aro could come up with! If it did work on humans they could find valuable humans who would have valuable talents. Aro would simply love to have the chance of finding more talents even if they were humans. They could be made immortal it would be very easy. Not difficult. Controlling them may be, but he had his guard to take care of such business. It would be year before they were in complete control, but they would learn about the Volturi and what they were expected to do. They would be loyal tied to the Volturi using Chelsea. So much Aro could plan and do! He first needed to gain Deline and then figure out if her talent worked on humans.
There were so many talents Aro wanted that seemed to be out of reach. Aro wanted the Cullen's. It had been tempting to 'visit' but it would have been thoughtless without his brothers. Even if they did plan on attacking Alice would see. It was an inconvenience that Aro would need to find away around. However, if they had the shape-shifters she would be unable to see their actions. She could not see the future when shape-shifters were involved. Aro had read this in her thoughts. It was so very interesting! Would it work on werewolves as well? So many questions so many possibilities!
There was so much Aro could plan and do. But none of it would happen without first talking with his brothers. They would need to know what he was planning. Caius was against the shape-shifters and no doubt would be angered with his ideas of werewolves. The werewolves were their enemy, but if they could use them if they could use them to through young Alice off it would be worth it. Would it not? But they could not be sure if she could see the future. Shape-shifters was the safest idea. But how to gain them? They couldn't go to Forks. His plans were not confirmed. He was simply musing he could do nothing without first talking to his brothers. Aro was always planning. He wanted talents and he would gain them.
