Quil is tall, but not the tallest of his friends and muscular. He looks older than his age so while he is technically 17, his physical appearance makes him look like he is in his mid 20s. Being born of Native descent he has dark, tanned skin, brown eyes, and black hair which he keeps cropped short.

Quil is fairly laid back … most of the time. He tends to mouth off and speak his mind, which often leads him into disagreements and eventually fights. He is very loyal, and a good friend to his two best friends: Jacob and Emery. When he was not part of the pack, he was devastated for being like an outcast and out of loop. So when he finally transformed, he welcomed the transformation and was extremely happy about it as it enabled him to get his friends back and be part of what they were involved in.

.:History:.* Quil was born and raised in La Push. He had a comfortable upbringing as he was mainly raised by his mother. He befriended two others, Emery and Jacob, in La Push, who became his best friends and were practically like brothers to him.
His adolescent years were fairly normal until something strange began to happen that caught his and his friends attention. There was suspicion surrounding a man by the name of Sam Uley and what he was involved in. He appeared to have a gang, but whenever someone questioned it, the elders let it be as they claimed Sam was a good person and was protecting La Push.
Suspicion grew when Emery joined the pack. Quil was worried about his friend, and this concern only grew when Jacob also joined. Quil felt alone as he was being left out from whatever was going on. He was devastated by the loss of his friends and went through a short period of depression.
Not long after, Quil understood the reason of Jacob and Emery’s involvement in Sam Uley’s group. Unlike the others, Quil was ecstatic about the transformation and welcomed it. He finally was able to be with his friends again, and be part of something that they had justifiably been hiding from him. While his friends did not wish this fate upon him (though they knew it was inevitable) Quil was not saddened or upset about the transformation. He is one of the few, if not the only one, who greatly enjoyed it.
Quil is one of the few in the pack who has imprinted. This happened not long after he transformed and his imprint was seen as somewhat of a scandal. It worried Quil a great deal, but soon gained an understanding that changed his perspective on the situation. Quil imprinted on Emily’s two year old niece: Claire. Because of the significant age difference, Quil was worried that something was wrong with him. He was assured that it was something he could not control, and soon understood that his relationship with Claire was not scandalous. He would be what she needed. At her young age, that would be an older brother, friend and protector. Whatever it was, he is devoted to her and imprinting on her has changed him for the better, as he is now more calm and relaxed.
Quil started off in Sam’s pack, but when Jacob started his own, Quil was torn. He felt loyal to both his best friend and the pack he originally was a part of. He remained with Sam’s pack, but eventually, joined Jacob’s along with Emery, and with the existing members of Leah and Seth.
